The ticket

Islamabad Airways is proud of its jargon free, simple ticketing system. There is only one type of ticket, there is no catch and you decide if you need any extras to customize your journey.

Our Economy Class ticket includes the following benefits:

• 20kg of Hold luggage per person (adult/12yrs or above)

• 10kg of Hold luggage per person

• Online check in with free airport bag drop

• Pre allocated seats

• Complementary in flight refreshments (snack/meal or both on longer routes)

Name, date and route changes are not permissible. In the event of disruption leading to a cancellation, a full refund is automatically issued. If the flight is re-scheduled by 10 hours or more, you are entitled to a full refund, credit or may change to an alternative date of travel.

Hand Luggage restriction:

Please note that the maximum dimensions for hand luggage are as follows -

Size: No larger than 56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm, including handles, wheels, and pockets

Weight: No more than 10 kg

The following extras may be added at any stage to the booking, prior to the check in process:

• Choose your own seat - 3603 PKR / 10 GBP

• Extra Space seat* - 10808 PKR / 30 GBP

• Extra Hold luggage of 20kg^ - 14411 PKR / 40 GBP

*Conditions apply for occupancy of extra space seats adjacent to emergency exits. Persons must be aged 16 or over and be fully able bodied. Customers whom require special assistance will not be able to occupy these types of seats. Please consult the seat map for the aircraft type you are travelling on. A refund will not be offered if the conditions are not met and passengers will be re seated to comply with safety regulations

^All additional luggage weight must be pre booked and added to the booking. Special carriage items and cargo is not carried by Islamabad Airways. We only accept suitcases or appropriately packaged personal luggage at our bag drop facility. If you fail to pre book excess baggage prior to check in, a fee of 3603 PKR / 10 GBP will be applicable for every 1kg over the allowance. Due to performance restrictions we reserve the right to refuse any excess baggage on departure day.

Assistance

If you need any assistance from arrival in the terminal building to boarding the aircraft then again at the destination - please be sure to pre book this via the manage my booking section. Failure to do so in advance may result in a delay for you at the airport and when boarding/leaving the aircraft.

Customers who have difficulty walking will be allocated seat rows near to the front and rear of the cabin or on our Airbus A330 aircraft - within the vicinity of washrooms. We carry an aisle chair on all aircraft and our Crew are fully trained in its use. Our Airbus A330 aircraft feature accessible toilets with more space.

Onboard experience

The Airbus fleet has a globally renowned comfort and safety record. Our aircraft are maintained to high standards and leased from ACMI specialist MANX in the United Kingdom.

Sit back and relax in our stylish, ergonomic seats with USB A/C ports installed for every customer. A semi cradle/recline angle supports you on journeys short or long with the option to recline reasonably further without impeding others. The ultra slim design of the seat creates more pitch and leg space for every customer.

We always offer a beverage and light snack, even on our shortest routes. If you are travelling on flights with a scheduled duration of over 2 hours you will be served a more substantial snack. On our intercontinental flights to/from the UK - a full meal and additional snack will be served together with multiple beverage offerings. Islamabad Airways is respectfully a dry airline, we do not serve alcohol and the consumption of alcohol onboard is prohibited.

All in flight catering on Islamabad Airways is vegetarian, but the following medical/dietary requirements can be met if pre booked with a minimum of 2 days notice via manage booking:

DBML Diabetic meal

NLML Low Lactose meal

LSML Low Salt meal

We are unable to guarantee food is completely free of traces of nuts or nut products are not present onboard due to food preparation environment.
